Civilian Eye Witness report

Good day to the officers of Miami Vice.

Today I've come with a report regarding a certain individual named Radon.
I would like to compliment this officer in particular for the amazing work he has delivered to the force.
As a SWAT trainee I've seen him show great experience, leadership and his level of tactics regarding chase, combat and intercepting has also been marvelous.

I, Nylez Straccione, would like to see this officer in particular rewarded for their actions! Of course I have no final say in the matter, but I think he deserves to be a SWAT Operative and a VCPD Senior Officer!

I wanna apologize for a late answer. First of all, I would like to thank you alot for the support you got towards me. As you're a Civilian / Outsider, it was unexpected such support from your part. I also admit and respect your efforts for keeping an eye to my outstanding performance on both the department and the field. Nonetheless than that, it is an honour.

I have to agree. My friend, Officer Radon is a professional officer who is always there to help! He gives reasonable thought, great on the field and I am happy for my friend.

And yes, I've been IG and seen his performance.
