ARPD TRANSFER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Dear Officers of Argonath Police Department, we the Head Command have been working on introducing a new system which allows the officers of each department to transfer to one of our three police departments (SAPD, VCPD, LCPD).
Each department has a different way of handling their transferred officers, this is to make sure the officers fit the criteria of the department they are joining. All three departments have similarities between rules and procedures but are differently with their way of recruiting. Underneath you can find the requirements for each department and it's process.
If Moving, ensure you possess- Valid Drivers Licence & Passport
- Must be registered in-game for at least a month
- Have not been banned recently
SAPD requirements for non commissioned officers:Any non commissioned officer will obtain the rank of Probationary Officer upon transfer. Once the officer has been transferred they will be going over a small training process of two weeks which consists of the rules and regulations knowledge and observation of their activity. Whenever the officer has passed his trial period successfully the command will decide which rank suitable is for the officer, this depends on the officer his knowledge.
VCPD requirements for non commissioned officers:Any officer will be made a Probationary Officer upon transfer. Once the officer has been transferred, he will have a while to stick and join other VCPD members in order to get the feel of the duty, and learn what every other officer has to know in order to become one. After that, he will be tested in his knowledge and performance, and will be evaluated on his rank.
LCPD requirements for non commissioned officers:A License and Passport
must be required before attempting to move to this Department, for legal and Division requirement reasons.
Officer+ who holds a rank in another Police Division (SAPD or VCPD) and wish to transfer for the LCPD, we reserve to hold a background check or decline Officers who wish to be Transferred (will remain at their own Department until approval), The step by step process involves moving into the LCPD Academy instantly with the recognition of your current Department Rank (SAPD/VCPD). Officer will undergo mandatory training to transition to LCPD's Training Standards, without any examination requirement with activity being monitored, this involves procedures, etiquette, weapons, vehicles.
Prior when training has been complete, the Officer may then be appointed to their current role (Officer - Sergeant), Command Staff have the right to review if to place the Transfer Officer into a lower position if necessary. If the Officer from the previous Department is a Command Staff member, there is a note there will be a (-1 or -2) Rank Demotion for fairness in the Departments Staffing system, this is only for the use of balance and fairness.
