Policework pays lower compared to the other jobs [IVMP]

I was thinking if its possible to create missions similiar to fireman and medic missions.There could be a terrorist attack for example.I don't know if its possible to put armed npcs in the scenario and make them go wild xD In the scene , there will be fire and wounded people caused by the attackers so police will have to clear the area first.

This way policework can pay just like other jobs.What do you think about this?

No. It will turn into a money-making job instead of fighting with crimes. We will see people only on-duty to gain money. Just do trucking if you need money.
