Operation Report.

LCPD Lieutenant Dwayne Johnson.
LCPD Senior Officer SAQIB.

• Operation Location : Abandoned Building, Colony Island.

• Operation Time : 26th March, 2019. 18:00 CET (/time)

• Summary :

On 24th March 2019, The Crime Investigation unit undercover managed to get information about that organization's safe houses and places where they store their illegal military weapons, information, and many other stuff that is classified.
The undercover Det. sent those information to our CIU HQ where they evaluated the information and sent two detectives to confirm the location on 26th March, 2019.
The detectives confirmed those locations and the HQ immediately have sent those information to Liberty City Police Department and a cross-operation was launched in the same day.


The plan was as the following :

We splited into two teams :

1) Kiyamet Team :
Sergeant Mac Tylor (Team 1 Leader)
Senior Officer SAQIB.

2) Alpha Team :
Deputy Chief Steven Seagal. (Team 2 Leader)
Lieutenant Dwayne Johnson.
Free cop Mounir.

We started to move without sirens from DPD to the HQ where we got the stockade with amounts of ammo and some other equipments.

We have tried -as much as we can- not to make public noise by sirens or such as we wanted to keep the operation secret as much as we can till we arrive to the location.
Before the location by about 400 meters we have stopped and started inspecting the area by our snipers to put a good plan.
We did it very well, luckily there was a ladder from the eastern side that faces the sea.

We decided that team one, KIYAMET Team would engage from the front side.
While team two ALPHA team would engage from the eastern side, using the ladders.

Everything went very well, we managed to storm in the building in tactical way.
Cleared up the area, perimeter and the rooms of the building.
We have found two big boxes, one in the big room and two in the smaller one. However, officers took their places to secure the area, while me and Deputy Chief Steven Seagal started inspecting those boxes.
Fortunately, we succeeded to open the two boxes in the small room. We found grams of heroin, cocaine, illegal military weapons and some classified files and information about that organization.
We confiscated those stuff in the stockade and sent it to CIU HQ for further investigations.
When the time came to check the third box in the bigger room, a message was received from our undercover detective that he has reached to the protocols of such safe houses and found that from the usual protocols of those terrorists is that they usually trap the box in the bigger room with bombs that explode once it's opened. That was in order to achieve high injuries rate for the people who attempts to open it.
Luckily, we have recieved it before we could open the box. We immediately worked to get the box out of the building and throw it in the water then explode it.
We did that very well, we carried it carefully and then exploded it in the water.

Items were confiscated to the HQ, the building was taken by C.S.I team to clean the area.

At the end, I'd like to thank everyone who helped in this operation and I'd like to say that we will continue our hard work to find the rest of the locations and clean them up. We will never ever let any of those people attempt to destroy the peace in our city.
