2. The Flow of Funds in the State
San Andreas offers a variety of methods to secure income, some being legal and others being against the law. Securing a sustainable income can be done through the following means:

- Joining the police force and receiving paychecks
- Holding a business with the following attributes: Located in areas where the majority of the citizens reside, a business people may frequently visit for goods such as firearms, and reasonable sale prices.
- Engaging in illicit activity, such as the cultivation, trafficking, and dealing of legally prohibited substances (Heroin, Marijuana, and Methamphetamine), robbery, and the likes.

3. Social Impact:
Citizens of the State seek a sustainable income to provide themselves with essentials such as first aid supplies, food provisions, a property, a vehicle, vehicle license(s) and more, which fall into other miscellaneous accessories or non-fundamental desires. However, people who remain strictly legal and abide by the law at all times who don't hold a position within the police force, or those who don't own a business may have difficulties maintaining a sustainable income. This leads to activities prohibited by the Consitution of the State due to their higher income, which can become a maintained sustainable source of funds, should the operation in question go for a long enough period of time and remain undetected by the government, the San Andreas Police Department or the Federal Bureau of Investigation. These sort of activities can have a major social impact, such as addiction to prohibited substances, leading to further criminal acts being committed to gain possession of the said substance for illicit and dangerous use, as well as further drive to cultivate said substances in order to gain a sustainable income from addicted citizens. This also applies to firearms. Weapons such as the M4 Carbine Rifle may be illegally obtained in order to commit criminal acts, such as robbery and help secure a chance of getting away from the police due to the strength of the rifle in question. Obtaining the said firearm can lead to motivation to commit armed criminal acts which can secure funds, that can be further invested in illicit activity, illegal purchase, illegal sale, and illegal possession. Citizens also have little incentive to remain with legal jobs aside from law enforcement, fire prevention or paramedic services. This further drives the desire to begin illegal operation, due to the high incentive, and despite the associated risk, the potentially high income of said operations, meaning one could become fairly rich through shady means. Cultivation and trafficking of prohibited substances, robbery, paid murders, kidnap and intimidation are just a few means of gaining a sustainable income within the State of San Andreas.

4. Legal Impact
The above also has serious legal impacts. Aside from breaching the Ordinances of the San Andreas Constitution, it becomes more strain on the FBI, and the SAPD, to take down such criminal operation, especially when there is a lot of secrecy involved in such deals. This becomes a further strain on the legal system as the departments are investing more and more resources into operations designed to take down these criminal syndicates or criminal operatives. These also impact the legal system because the items can be used for further criminal offenses, harming the legal system as well as the society even further.

5. Solutions
Record any and all filed evidence and try to stop said operations prior to them expanding and harboring more prohibited goods. For marked on-duty officers, patrol around specific locations such as suspected deal spots, patrol where criminal groups are suspected to operate, increase aerial patrols around the state, analyze evidence in-depth to determine exactly what charges can be laid, cite appropriate Ordinances from the Constitution, forward anything necessary to the necessary people within the department and treat anything suspicious as a potential criminal operation, and further investigate.

6. Civilian Methods of securing a Sustainable Income and Poverty Prevention
Engage in a job you enjoy that gives a paycheck of some form, for a period of time, or try engaging in multiple jobs. Join the San Andreas Fire Department, the San Andreas Police Department, work for an organization such as LSIR, ARA, SanTV, or for a business, and many other options within San Andreas. Invest your funds wisely, or perhaps buy a stake in a business or an asset, provide rentals for a property you may own, for those suffering poverty, living on the streets.

I am surprised no one has responded to this. I guess I will be the first. Very well written. It does explain the economy of Argonath. Are these the complete results of the investigation or are there more to follow?
