SAPD response to City Hall explosion

In the early evening of August 13, 2020, the officers in our department were particularly pricked up by a news announcement from the SanTV. The announcement concerned an apparent explosion at the local town hall in Fort Carson. Two patrol units, including a supervisor, reacted immediately to this news announcement and made their way to the local town hall to extensively cordon off this area. When these two patrol units reached the town hall, the stunned picture spread, the town hall was on fire. During the extinguishing process by the local fire brigade, the officers went in search of potential witnesses. After an unsuccessful search for alleged witnesses, the fire brigade gave the all-clear, at least for the outside area. The fire brigade immediately provided a team of firefighters to secure the inner area of the town hall.

We received a message over the radio that someone was in the town hall. After the fire brigade secured the building, the two patrol units made their way into the interior of the building. A horrific picture quickly emerged, a burned corpse was found in one of the offices. The alleged crime scene was immediately secured and the officers began their work. Possible causes of the fire are not yet known. Identifying the cremated corpse will also prove difficult, but work is already underway.

The San Andreas Police Department is asking the people of Fort Carson not to panic. There is still no evidence of a terrorist attack.
