ARPD Ceremony

I just thought it would be fun if we made up some kind of small oath to sign new cadets into ARPD's force. This way we make it official.
Also, every month or so, depending on how frequent ARPD get new recruits, we could hold  a ceremony on each server, where the newly assigned officers come and have fun with the rest of the team, if the wish. This could be a short thing, but still quite fun.

There already are ceremony events where officers get promotions and medals.
The cadets-into-officers is done through a final exam.

There are SAPD Ceremonies for all cops (sometimes even freecops get medals, cadets get promotions and of course officers getting medals and/or promotions).

Yea, I have heard of promotions and awards.
I know there's an exam for ARPD Cadets, but is there like a welcome ceremony for them?
This could be held monthly, depending on how frequent new recruits come in and would be very fun!

Yes. MTA:VC and VC:MP definitely need more ARPD activity. SA:MP has it like crazy, but the VC servers keep getting left out of the big events...

Yes, it's a sad thing. ARPD is a brilliant idea but VCPD receives not many opperatives that are on frequently and there are barely any events going on.

Now, GTA VC is quite an old game, what with GTA IV rocking the world.....
If we don't keep it alive, it will lose popularity and eventually close. It's actually a brilliant game. Just a small map that isn't jam packed with things to do like on GTA IV etc.
