However, you see, the thing is, when you're new to the server, or 'SA-MP' on the whole, there's a 99.9% chance you have no idea what Role Play is.  These guys are playing the game for fun, or at least, that's the way I see it.  However, they have not understood the concept that this is not a Deathmatch or Free Roam server, but pertains to RP, which is the acting of a Character in-game as he would be in real life.  The problem is, as long as they don't know what RP is, they will always be a problem on the server.

Some of them are also too lazy to even Role Play or figure out what it is, and don't even bother with it.  Therefore they continue along their merry way doing as they please.  Not only do some of them not bother to learn it, but also, some do, however, never receive any help, or too little help, when they ask questions.

I have also read a topic, I believe on the 'Argonath' Forums, that one of the reasons they act like that is also because they are treated as "Low-Life" if you want to put it that way.  This means that they are not treated with as much respect as an Official 'ARPD' Officer would.  This in turn generates a spark of rebel as they think that as a Free Cop they will never be treated as they should.


The solution to this I say is pretty simple.  Players should always help new Players on the server.  I'm not saying that we don't, but many times I've seen a new Player on the server, asking questions, yet no one answers him.  I usually take it upon myself to show him around, teach him the basics, or just answer the questions if he can't receive help from anyone else.  Also, Free Cops should be treated with the same amount of respect as anyone else on the server.  We're all equal. ))

Hmmm I never also was, went straight from VCPD FBI Agent to SAPD Cadet, although I still have the VCPD FBI position. But we still have to respect Freecops, there were exceptional freecops like CBFasi and Smey :P

I'd have to dis agree, you were indeed a freecop for quite a bit of time.

Well we got /copban now. That will solve alote of things. By the way nobody disserve to die. Everybody have the right on a fair arrestation. And not on a Dming party... Why not transform them in dog's then?

In VCMP you do not Sue people.
You do not Flame each other.
We do not Clan fight.
We do not Flame Freecops but help them.
That is what happen in VC than in SA

Set up raid teams within the cadet/freecop/officer system so they can group up and attempt raids mixed with S.W.A.T. like in some real life raids...
