Application has been accepted to San Andreas Police Department.

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

You need now to contact an SAPD Academy Trainer, you either contact one or apply for an class.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round for Examens/final test.

IMPORTANT! Reply 1 time each week in your application how it's going or if you have any question so you don't risk get rejected from SAPD due lack of interest, it's your responsibility to show activity not ours.

Contact any Captain and above for ingame badge!

Good luck and welcome to the steps to hard work..

Signed,
Chief Pancher

Although Legacy seems to be a great candidate for being a Cadet and I couldn't agree with you more. I feel that Legacy may need more training and more knowledge of what procedures to take in different situations as today.

Today around about 30 minutes ago, a few officers and I have been responding to code 30s in San Fierro. There were over 6 or 7 suspects at that time who were scattered all over SF. Getting on to the incident, We were in chase with this one suspect Johanny_(Something) for over 10 minutes. This Freecop, another officer and I managed to get the suspect boxed into a wall and got his car to catch on fire. Legacy was no where near at this time. I then instructed the suspect to Surrender and gave him over 5 minutes to surrender. At this time, we had atleast 6 or 7 Freecops/Cadet/Officers On scene. I was in fact the leading Officer.

Then hear come Legacy out of no where comes and scopes up the suspect. I don't know if they planned this because the suspect jumped on Lagacy's bike without being cuffed. The first thing that came to my mind is that the suspect is going to get near a car and jump off the bike and escape. I then ask Legacy to bring the suspect back on scene since he was not cuffed. He then refuses. I then Order him to being the suspect back which he also refuse. He took the chance of the suspecting being able to get away. The suspect was not cuffed and could have jumped off. Like I said, as soon as legacy got on scene, the suspect jumped on his bike and they took off.

Legacy then states that the suspect wants him to jail him. Since when did suspects get to choose who jails them. I worked my ass off in getting that suspect, and Legacy comes out of no where and scopes him up. and I know that Legacy knows better then that, and he can do better. So when I got to SFPD where Legacy had took him. The suspect then  tells me that he wants Legacy to jail him. I then tell both of them that its not going to happen. I had the suspect cuffed at SFPD now, so I tell Legacy thanks, I am code 4 please go code 14 back on patrol. He then refuses. I fell that these actions are not at all acceptable by a Cadet who is so close of becoming a Officer.

I am not asking for him to be demoted or anything, I just would like to request that he should be kept at Cadet status for a little while until he can understand how to follow different procedures in dealing with 10-99s and such. He is a good candidate, but he still have a lot to learn. I am not tryin to bash him or nothing. but just because you can memorize a few 10-codes and maybe know your way around a little doesn't mean you are ready for Full Officer Position. I know legacy and I have trained him a little (Unofficail Of Corse) and I was highly disappointed at his actions.

Legacy my advise to you is make sure you go back and read all proper procedures and learn the chain of command. I was just trying to help you, and there was no point of this situation to escalate to as high as it has gotten. I am not trying embarrass or hurt you, I am only trying to help. When your day come and you get that Full Officer Badge pinned on you, you will thank me. Sometimes its takes hard and tough loves to learn something in thei RP life as well as in Real Life. I just hope that you learned from this incident and you be more careful of your actions. I am not mad or anything at you, but someone has to take the time out and teach you and show you your mistakes.

In Best Regards,

Officer Shawn Edwards
Deputy of the San Andreas Sheriff's Division; Badge 220
