Just figured I'd post to show the community what we can establish as a strong division, and the help we provide.
Today we had a total of 15 Deputies online at most. Throughout the day we had approximately 9-14 Deputies all on duty in game most of the day. We responded to 5 Code 30's, 7 Pursuits, 8 Backup Requests, 4 Burglaries, a hostage situation, as well as initiating our own Traffic Stops, responded to, and went on scene of other emergency calls.
We did a whole 10 hour shift today as a team without a single complaint about abuse, or offensive term used against us. Also, as a bonus, we did unofficial training for 4 Freecops, and trained 2 new deputies.
I wish to give a warm welcome to SASD, and provide a well earned background, for:
Peanut, Freecop, SASD Badge #230
Chris Black, Freecop, SASD Badge# 288
Oliver(Herbert), Senior Officer, SASD Badge #254
cadets41, Freecop, SASD Badge #226
These three Deputies were put through and extensive field training program, where they rode along with a qualified Deputy (Myself, Carlos, and Candyman) where they completed a "Stage 1 FTO" for 60 minutes, teaching them about Law Enforcement, Traffic Enforcement, Responding to calls, and how our division operates in and out of the server. For "Stage 2 FTO", for a minimum of 45 minutes, the Deputies were given the wheel of the vehicle with their training Deputy in shotgun, and made their own traffic enforcement stops, as well as handling civilians, traffic control, pursuit driving, code 3 responses, and a few even had some successful shootouts. After all this extensive training, they were then put onto "Stage 3 FTO" where the training Deputies when off duty, and did nothing but ride along and grade them. Each Deputy passed their Field Testing, with exceptional results. Each Deputy is basically trained in how to handle calls for service, civilian contacts, and other law enforcement related business.
We provided excellent cover for SAPD Units, as well as backing up in pursuits, backup requests, burglaries, and other issues in the county.
We wish to thank everyone for the help they provided us, as well. Without your help as SAPD Patrol Units and Supervisors, we would be scattered amongst ourselves.
