Info: That shooting was for my dear friend who turning in his senior officer badge and he was also my first and best friend if i remember.

NOTE: Couldn't find a good pic who shoots .....

QQ Lance, you are constantly whining that you did something wrong and you screw people etc. Get yourself together, if you had a bit of man in you you wouldn't talk like that. Just do what you want to do and don't let past events get in your way. You seem like you don't even KNOW what you want and what you do. You don't even know yourself what you're going to do next. Have problems IRL? Don't let them get in your way when you're playing SA:MP. If they're big problems clear them out.

I cannot start all over again, with nothing to go fight traffic crime again, you mayby think i'm a fool or so, but i hate speeders and seeing them doing it, i can't do nothing against it, the feeling of being powerless against that, is the worst...

Yes, Pancher says he keeps my senior officer rank, I do'nt wanna be a senior officer, I need a break. Lower my rank please, i wanna be a normal law enforcer for a while until situations are cleared in my life

Well take a decision then please... What is the difference between being Senior Officer and Officer? I mean, why do you need to change your rank to officer until you fix your real life issues, can't you fix them while you're Senior?
