How long have you played as a cop: about 7 month if all different time putten together

If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? I was ARPD, then at RS4 release, i didint read everything on forum, so i didnt "check-in", and go kicked for "inactivity" i guess 
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application): no
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department:I mean i already did all of those tests and training, it took me 5 month of HARD work to become ARPD last time, and I want to be officer agian. Im not on police duty everyday, but i try to be on it from time to time.

Need help! some kind of missunderstanding.

I was ARPD officer since like 8 month ago.

Yesterday (June 30th), my server account got bugged, the server restart changed my password somehow, then today Aragorn made me new account and restored my house/bizz/car/money.
So today ingame, i do /rank on me, and i see that im not officer anymore. I guess Aragorn forgot to give ARPD rights on my account too. I ask some people (pancher, CBF), If i can get arpd rights, he said im not on the ARPD list anymore, then they say that after RS4 release everyone was suppose to report something on this forum... I didnt know that, I dont read everything on forums... So I didnt report anything back then. And now Im confused and flustered. Can I get my ARPD rights back up? I dont want to take all those tests again, it took me like 5 month straight to get offecer rank.


some additional info:

- I know im not very active on police duty, but i do go on police duty from time to time, for exaple the last time i been on police duty was like 2-4 days ago..

- Person who tested me and passed me for ARPD officer in the 1st place was Hank_Raffery. (might ask him, if you dont believe me that i was ARPD before.)

- Also look at my this forum account, under my name it said "ARPD officer"

Application has been accepted to San Andreas Police Department.

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

You need now to contact an SAPD Academy Trainer, you either contact one or apply for an class.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round for Examens/final test.

I thought Gvardia didnt allow SAPD?
