I remember it was for ARPD level 4 in RS3 while i was a FBI Division assistant..
I remember also that i used it..

We know the drugs can be destroyed. I give my drugs over to the high ranks. What about the Officers who doesn't? How do you know everyone is handing them over?  Not trying to bring other things into this topic, just like all the regulars who got caught abusing the weapon scripts and budgs, I believe regulars are abusing cop powers by being able to frisk for drugs and then turn around and sell them. My concern is that Officers are not handing to drugs over to get destroyed but instead keeping them. How can we know if Officers are keeping the drugs or handing them over? So thats why I agree that drugs should be destroyed as soon as you confiscate them instead of having to hand them over. All the drugs are not being handed over as they should. I don't know how many times I have stated this in this thread.

I am aware of the many thing you all are stating but No one is giving me answers to this just .......

I didn't in anyway point fingers at anyone. I was regarding officers of a whole more then targeting the Officers in Gangs. I know the topic name may be mis leading. So you are telling me that you trust every officer of the ARPD, and thinks that every single one of them hands their drugs over? If somone can truthfully answer that and give good reasoning, I will request a lock for this topic.

Well like CBF said.. Its not gonna change so why bother going on about it? Rules as they are is good enough.
If you are cought helping any mafia croup or w/e while on duty it will lead to punishment/copban or demotion.And as i am aware the rules for sgt or ltn + is becouse then you get access to more stuff on forum witch can be leaked... and i dont see how you can complain about the drug situation..

Its fine like it is now. So what if we confiscate drugs and keep it.. 80 % of SAPD give it to higher ranked cause they want to be promoted so they are showing their good hard work... If you dont give it then its your own problem.. And in the first place If a suspect got drugs on him its his own problem they can store it in their houses....

Like i said and i am going to repeat it.

People who want to be promoted normaly give higher ranked the drugs to show hard work.
i have seen pancher in 1 week period with 1-5k drugs that officers or w/e gave him if it was not more.
If you dont give it then you just not showing that you are confiscating drugs and then higher ranked wornt notice your work so fast.
and almost 80 % give the drugs to higher ranked and i have seen it before. And they use to give to FBI aswell then it was given to director and he destroyed it..

Shawn i see this topic is made cause of people not giving higher ranked the confiscated drugs.. and i fully understand what you say. But you probaly see the people who keep it and not the onces who hand it in.. When i was FBI about 10 officers a day would give me heroin and weed.. Everyday and i gave to director...

And yes you can RP a drugdealer and you can use that drugs that you taken from suspects..There was never a rule that we cant take it and keep it and there probaly will never be..

If you red all 3 pages you would be understanding it... the point is that Shawn is complaining about officers taking drugs from suspects then when they go offduty they sell it... You can RP a drugdealer and if you found the drugs you can probaly keep it you are not forced to give it to higher ranked... But its always the best option.
