I dont believe Francis Dragon is to familiar with the regulations.

Yesterday, I was attacked by two men, they jumped at me started punching and kicking me. Francis Dragon pulled out his gun, started shooting, which is against the regulations. But to top it all, he shot me thrice, if not four times. resulting in me losing my armour and almost all of my HP.

Learn the regulations, and fix your aim.

1. You have to count lag in, that's how SAMP works.
2. Kejuan carkilled me on purpose, you dont just drive off the road like that and accidentaly hit someone with low hp.
3. My attitude? Would you not be annoyed if someone of your OWN TEAM shot your armour off, and then being carkilled?
4. Yes, it was against regulations.
5. You didnt pay, so how can you say I forced you? And I said it once.
6. What? I will say again "Yes, but it was against regulations." You broke SAPD rules.

Anyways good luck, but as I said, learn regulations and aim|count in lag when shooting.
