Today I saw this freecop inside the LSPD, he was chasing a suspect around inside, when the suspect stopped, he started firing at the suspect with his MP5 and killed him.

He does not know the regulations of the SAPD.

Tommy you need to read up on your 10 codes and situations. I would especially study the usage of basic equipment.

Today i received complaints about Tommy, shooting not moving suspects,
not asking surrender

when i asked him to come to me, he did come so thats good
but he explained it with a so called law,
so Tommy doesnt knows the laws good enough yet

so take a good look at:

tommy i every time telling you stop use m4.
m4 is not for things like if suspect run away from you you cant use M4 you only can use deagle or smg-m5.
please read the laws.
good luck!!!

True.He always uses M4.I have never seen him using Deagle. You should use your basic gear(deagle.normal shotgun)when the suspects trying to get away,But as I have seen you can shoot pretty well.

Application has been accepted to San Andreas Police Department.

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

You need now to contact an SAPD Academy Trainer, you either contact one or apply for an class.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round for Examens/final test.

IMPORTANT! Reply 1 time each week in your application how it's going or if you have any question so you don't risk get rejected from SAPD due lack of interest, it's your responsibility to show activity not ours.

Contact any Captain and above for in-game badge!

Good luck and welcome to the steps to hard work..

Signed,
Chief Pancher

Official note from Lieutenant Tovenaarke:

Dear SAPD staff,

This cadet has been seen around GS9 around 13.00h CET at 16/8/09. He was doing some vandalism to a fench near that gas station. At least 3 fenches were heavily damaged, and one electric statue has been broken.

After this action, the cadet drove away with full speed in a partner's car, after he warned him not to take by that partner. He ignored my orders to give the car back.

If you need evidence from his actions: feel free to ask. There was an traficcam that made some shots.

Greetz
- Lt. Tovenaarke
