Respect!
« on: July 29, 2009, 01:39:42 am »
The most important word you all need to know about!! RESPECT

To make a good community you need to show RESPECT too everyone, your friends, to the new guys, to the old guys, to higher and lower ranks and even to the people you hate!!
SAPD Command staff do NOT tolerate any kind of flaming towards anyone what so ever rank or what ever it can be related to. Any breach of the Argonath Main Rules will result in punishment for an SAPD employee or applicant. If needed we will not only take action as leader of SAPD but also as admins if the situation requires it!

SAPD officers should show the same respect they give to the higher ranks as to the lower ranks, same for everyone, RESPECT everyone EVEN if you dislike the way someone work or do something on. Try to improve and help those you see need the help or the bad things that exist!

I will be much stricter with all SAPD employees that break any Argonath Server rule, i want and need everyone who is an employed of the SAPD to give us good reputation and show that we are something good, not a bunch of flamers, death matchers or what ever people can find in us. If you do not agree with the Argonath Server rules and SAPD guide lines feel free to resign if you cannot try to help us improve and be better as a force and friends!

SAPD is a part of ARPD, FBI is a part of ARPD, SAPD is not above the FBI. FBI is not above the SAPD. The point is we should ALL work as a team, we are on the SAME side! Someone does something bad? tell him what he did and help him not make the same mistake again IN an friendly way. Respect everyone what so ever rank! Co-operate with each others and keep an open communication with each others and you can sort the most things.

If i need I WILL be the pain up your A**!

A copy of this post is in FBI forum. Also a few new rules to help stop flame is in place. Severe punishments will be done if any are caught.

Agreeing aswell, people earn respect. It isn't a christmas gift. If people are acting like the biggest pain in my bottom they won't get respect, i don't tolerate such behaviour.

respect is indeed very important

at this moment almost nobody got any respect for freecops, no matter if that freecop you see did anything to you
all freecops are seen the same: [censored]s and abusers

the way i do it is much easier on that

everyone has my respect, ppl i dont know ofc less then others
and as long as he/she isnt breaking rules, abusing things he/she will keep my respect

and this goes for all ranks within ARPD also

that im Sergeant and higher then most doesnt means i dont have to respect the lower ranked then me,
every rank has to respect every other rank, from Security guads to the Chief

Proud ex Lieutenant - SAPD Examiner - Head of SAPD Academy

Proud ARPD 10 times medal holder

Well, agreed, we need to give freecops respect, but if we tell them not to abuse their right to use their commands for exemple and they refuse to listen and continue well then they shouldn't count on our respect to them..

Respect is earnt not given. You can't respect someone who is a total dick. Neither can you respect free officers that do not listen to your countless efforts to make them better cops. The only people that should be respected are those who have earnt it and shown this.
