Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department:   I want help people, in Vice City and San Andreas, i starting with and i like VC:MP, now i apply. People need help from the VCPD, and they get them, but who give them the officers. They don't walk around and think, somebody rob me. VCPD take safety and care..
