Reason: Serious abuse of police rank for criminal activity, torturing civilian.

Punishment: Permanently kicked out from SAPD.

This is all wrong, a big mistake..
I've been always a good cop, and they do this against me..
I've been a FBI agent for a long time, even got Division chief rank, and look what happens!
i get involved in this corruption that i didn't even planned, i didn't even wanted to.
i was going for NARC Burst only.. and i didn't knew this was going to happen
I didn't knew it was turning into a 207.. i was just watching..
I didn't knew what to do, i had no cameras, and i didn't knew about that RP proof is not needed..
I had no reason when this happened..
I was following high ranked orders, because they had high rank than me..
I was apparently without any reason, i was like, shocked, if i report myself, i'll get demoted..
i didn't really hided, i told to my friend about it, and i forgot what he said..

i didn't brought this... i really didn't.
i didn't did anything with hostage, i was just watching ...
i did not murder the hostage.. and i get this? god.

Wayne had nothing to do with the incident. Squeak and I just decided to bring him along. He did absolutely nothing to deserve this; he did not roleplay torturing the civilian, nor did he do anything harm the civilian. If he did, he followed the orders of Squeak, ElMartu, and/or me.

Wayne had nothing to do with this.. If someone used half a brain cell they would see that Wayne was just watching. He never actually wanted to get involved.

This topic is regarding about my punishment in SAPD
No flaming Post your opinion if you want, but no flaming.

What happened?
Elmartu called me for a narc burst, so i joined the NARC channel.
Cane and Vicenzo was in the channel.

We were trying to find a drug dealer online to burst him, well, they decided to get Roman, because i met him in Corleone Party and he gave me few weeds, which later i gave them to Cane.
Roman was outside his house in Ganton, closer to Binco, he was walking, then, we stopped him.
Me and Elmartu had the job to prevent him escape, meanwhile Vicenzo was cuffing him, and Cane was inside the car as a driver.
Cane was giving the instructions, and he was uncooperative.
I pulled out my Taser and aimed at him, so he started to be cooperative, then i holstered the taser.
I did not fired the taser against Roman.
We got him on backseat of PD cruiser, and i was in backseat too, standing closer to him.
Elmartu was in front seat.
Roman was incooperative again, he was kicking me, i had to use Taser inside the car.
then, he calmed down.
We drove to Cane's house, closer to Alhambra, we got him inside the house.
Vicenzo offered me some beer, i drank some of the beer, but not all bottle.
Firstly, i was standing closer to the Door, then later, i asked to Vicenzo to swap positions, he was clsoer to the window
I changed position and i was closer to window, then i saw Roman being be interrogated by Cane..
He was uncooperative, Cane asked me in CB to aim taser at him.. I Did.
Squeak came, and started to interrogate with stupid questions like: do you like kids? (dunno exactly but it was dumb questions)
Squeak and Cane started to Torture Him, along with Vicenzo and Elmartu.
I was standing with animation /think and watching.
They started to torture him with a knife.
Vincenzo murdered Roman later, with a M4, then, Elmartu and Vincenzo got the body
They put the body at the Trunk of PD car and drove to Ocean docks, there, they dumped the body.

Why i did not took screenshots?
For first, i forgot to use F8 in such situations, i was not ready at all, I was ready to a Burst, not to a torturing 207.

Why do you find that you're not involved?
I did not rped the torture, all i did was following rules, i did not enjoyed torturing someone, or watching someone being be tortured, the max i did was aim the taser and use it, which was asked by Cane on CB channels.
I didn't even touched the body.

That's totally wrong! i'm not corrupt, i've never been corrupt, i've never roleplayed a corruption.
if you check my historic in police work, i never got myself in a shit like, corruption, i've never been suspended or even officialy warned.
I've used to be a FBI Agent, i always mantained my hard fair work without joining mafias or getting into some criminals party as a single RP character.
I did never took a bribe, always did it alright.
I didn't had any mafia links. I always have been fighting them (IC) to protect the country.

Why you followed their orders?
I had to, that's a SAPD Rule, i'm not allowed to fail following their orders.
I did not knew that i can refuse high ranked orders, When i did, it was too later.
I thought that was strictly not allowed, so that's why i was following what they said.
I always trusted them that they're going to bring me to better place, but, i'm not there!

NARC
For the narcotics team, i did only agree join it to burst drug dealers, not to get in middle of corruption system.
I didn't knew members were corrupts, i really didn't, since all narc bursts that i took part i never saw a corruption, all was hard and good job.

Why didn't you told the command staff?
I told to my friend, he said that will be forgotten, but, i told to him, should i tell them? he said no, then i just followed what he said.
I assume he has more experience in SAPD..

Mistakes:
I understand i was wrongly to not report this, but it wasn't my intent to hide this, for the first days after incident, i was feeling bad, and next three days, i completely forgot it.

I didn't took any screenshots, which i should do it, but, i forgot about F8.. which was needed in such ocasions.
it has been soo many time that i don't use F8..

Whole group was punished, but i remember something that i said in FBI "Every Agent is Responsible of their acts"
I think it should work here too, they all should have different threatements, for first, i joined on Narc and i agreed to only burst dealers, not get involved in corruption.
My punishment shall be checked again, because my acts are not enough to serious about of policemen rank and torture.
They did, because they had high ranks. and also, they tortured him, not me.

For me, i'm a serious police man, not a corrupt scum
That's it, take your own decision about, take the right decision for me and SAPD, Also, remember of my interessing plans that i had, why did i deserved it? because of my hard work without any corruption.

I know how you feel. Working on something for long period of time, and then after one stupid incident, when you weren't even aware of it, you lose it.. You have even no idea how do I understand you. But you made a fault, and you need to face consequences. Soon I will remove your "Permanently" from punishment, and will stay only "Fired from SAPD".

Our "Report to leaders" is not like a court. Screens can be saved without RP background ingame.

The reporter did RP the incident, we have proof of that.

Even if you were not aware of the things you said, you know for yourself that torturing and severly beating a civilian or suspect of drug dealing is ofcourse against SAPD police procedures. You should have stood up at once when starting that.

Evidence speak against you here wayne... Even if i would rather believe otherwise.

1. The evidence I had was valid RP evidence. Although most of those in this case would not know how.

2. I do not like the decision done by Flameman, This is way too harsh and I do not think permanant suspension on ANY of those in this is needed. At max 1 month, but there is no need for this punishment... although in Real life they would most likely have even worse punisment. I would like to request this:

All of them are only suspended for 1-5 weeks max, BUT for other punishment this is taken to court and settled through that. Or at least not have permanant suspension
