stolen cars.

I stopped a guy today and i asked him the things:driver liscense and stuff.
And i asked him if the car was stolen and it was not his car. so writed a ticket. but another guy said that i couldnt do that.

can igive him a ticket or can i just le thim go.  :help: :cop:

Nope. Anyone can drive any car as long as if the owner askes for it back, you give it back. If not then is Suspectiable.
Worry about if they are speeding or driving recklessly.

  Only suspect/ give ticket for stolen cars that were stolen in RP. 

For example, if someone reports their car stolen by 911 call or something, or someone "/me smashes window, hotwires car" etc...
