Those people have shown great skill. It barely happens nowadays. We cannot say how long it takes for you to be accepted, it's just a matter of your quality.

I got an Question. There comes an Exam for me? or Not?

You will first be accepted as cadet. You'll notice when that is. There will be a message clearly showing you are accepted as cadet and what you should do and what not.

When you're a cadet, you'll be trained. Trainers have a topic where they post if cadets are ready for exam. Then you will get an exam. If you pass, you get promoted to officer. A fail will  result in more training as a cadet.

Seems you fail to read...

You need to be cadet to receive a officer test (the only test you'll get).
It's up to us to decide wether you're read for the exam or not!

Asking for a test/exam reduces the chance of acceptance!
