Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department:I want to improve my skill and expierence by getting higher rank and better training, get into serious situations such as 207 or/and 211, bomb threat, homicide, investigate the crime case, solve them, find and arrest possible suspect or criminal, save the victim/withness for the court of law, help improve the street to be crimeless, clean, and safe. Protect VIP/Civilian/etc. Serving the citizen and other, assist with EMS/Rescue Team/Coast Guard/And other law enforcement or legalize organizations.
Support in radio communication, Dispatching, Operating, Leading some situation if there is no higher ranked in the situation (Online), I'm best at driving, good at shooting, great at evading bullets, best in chase pursuit high speed/non-high speed/PIT, lag ram, blocking, road block, etc. And also keeping the traffic rules by giving fine from traffic rules breaker, warn them, aid them, teach them how to use traffic correctly, how to park, where to drive/park, where to speed/where not, etc.

I have expierence (Or you can call it "Skill") in investigating/detective stuffs. Escorting or protecting person.
I have great abilities of leading, taking control, yes and also following order. I can plan/secure the situation for the safety of victim/other's lifes. Not a money-cop, or so called abuser. Money is not my problem, I don't care about money, I don't need it, only I need is "Law & Order"

Today, around 1 hour ago or so

I've responded and arrived first on scene of the 207 RED
Kidnapper identify is Joey DeRossi
Hostage identify is Angela Rich

I've first negoatiate with the kidnapper,
I've asked to see the hostage and see to make sure she is alive and safe
The kidnapper demand 10k to bank account at the first time
But due to late arrival of SWAT/FBI, the kidnapper changed demand to 15k CASH to his hand.
Kidnapper location and negotiating area is at Burger Shot. Temple, Los Santos
The hostage and another kidnapper is somewhere so-called Los Santos.

The situation finally safe, hostage secured, kidnappers are incapitibated.
The city is back safe under control.

I've just wondered and observe you guys
because I though you guys were abusing SWAT duty

But Captain Jay has told me and descriped/tell me the reason why there are so many SWATs in FBI Rancher and Enforcer, "hunting" for normal suspect.

If you tell me at the first time, this would never happen.
Negotiate/Talk with peace. Not fight/harass with force.

Today,

Responded to 3 Fake 207's, nothing much. Code 4, Code 14.
Found a drunk man got out from the bar while driving back from the 207
He's pretty drunk, he walk drunkly every 30 seconds. Cannot walk in straight line, and talk weirdly + singing. He falls off about 4-5 times, he walked from the bar to the edge of the LV Stadium... That's pretty far.

Called for backup, and suspected the drunk man for in possesion of alcohol in public (Suspect by another officer, can't remember name)
Finally got him in custody, he vomited on my car on way back to LVPD.
Jailed him for 1 month (100 seconds), he's safe and in custody.

I've been inactive for a while due to internet connection is laggy

Yesterday, unknown time

Found a drunk man laying on the corner of Pershing Square St., leaning the wall, touching his stomach and moaning about beer, and other weird stuffs such as "Are you god?", "I can fly!", et cetera.

I've tries to talked to him, he not really responsitive, and non-understandable sometime.
I've reported on the emergency radio, to call an EMS, because he look very sick, and some kind of... in possesion of alcohol. Look like homeless and no family/friend/etc.

The medic is unable to help the guy because he didn't sick or having any medical problem, so I took him inside LSPD to give him some warn blanket and some hot coffee in the Processing Room.

I asked for his name, lastname and searched in his wallet, for any family/friend involved with
Searched on ARPD Database and found his sister profile, I contacted and called her to pick him up and take care of him.

Once she arrived, they both have a little fight and argue, but it's just normal family problem.
The drunk man named "Minch Johnson" (Minch) and his sister named "Lisa Johnson" (Crazy_Ancelotti).
They both arrived home safely.
In a few minutes later, I've searched on Mr. Minch Johnson's profile and other record,
(RolePlay, Minch granted his own crimes) I've found that this guy got a lot of wanted records, speeding, reckless driving, evading, aiming, shooting, attempt murder, involved in a gang activities, etc.

I will continue investigate later on... (RP over, he's g2g)

Here's the story:

1st civilian: At Disney Land, before Prime Minister Aragorn departing in FBI Rancher after the Party
There is a civilian in Vortex attempting to kill Prime Minister, so some cop suspected that guy in Vortex, and some cops including me starts shooting at him, There was a civilian nearby, in my shooting sight, I did not aim at the civilian in my shooting sight, prehabs, I did not hit him in anyway, but due to lag, his HP does not reducing, but that civilian died after, in a few seconds, and I did not shoot while he dying. (Hope u understand what I mean)

It was close, but on my screen, I did not hit him, and his HP is not decreasing either, but he died after I shot about 5 seconds later.

2nd civilian: At SFAP Taxiway, on FBI Rancher while everyone is riding on the roof

There is a suspect (forgot name, and don't have screenshot to prove. I think it was Rock_Kolta?) on the FBI Rancher, I attempt to aim and start shooting just like everyone else, but as on the FBI Rancher's roof, there is some civilians still on the roof, some on the plane, I AIMED and SHOOT at SUSPECT, but accidently hit that civilian guy, who is beside me on the right 5 inches.

I admit this 2nd case is my mistake, and I did not mean to kill or shoot or even aim at innocent civilian.
And about shooting other's car, I never shoot anyone's car yet since I joined this server (except suspect's car).
I'm sure and I'm telling the truth, you can ask my partners (RBin_Alterlis, [AV]Spartan, other cops who patroled with me, etc.)

The server fined you $1,000 each civilian you killed, why should I want to killing random people to get fined and punished? I always obey rules, and follow all produecers, I never break any rules since I joined.
Always trying not to be "moneycop" who just hunt for orange dots and bang bang die.

2 hours ago, today.

Got 911 call from Annonymous about stolen Roadtrain
Responded to the call, talked with 911 caller, and found stolen Roadtrain moving toward LV
Pulled over, no trailer, no suspicious activities, items, etc.
Decide to take him to LVPD for investigation, and ask few questions about oil company and where he is going to/what is going to be delviered/picked up.
Nothing suspicious or wrong at all.

Untill then, his suspicious face/attitude make me wonder about something illegal
I decided to follow the Roadtrain to the RON Oil Rig, Bone County
He detach the oil tank to his Roadtrain and drive to Gas Station near SFPD.
While observing and specting, nothing suspicious seen, but he actually sucking the oil from the gas station into the tank oil.

Later on, gas station's owner reported stolen gas. I pursue him and pulled him over, when we reached Rodeo, Los Santos.
After he got busted about doing illegal business stuffs, he draw his pistol and fire at me and Squadcar.
Few minutes pass, he dried off his pistol's clip and pull out another SMG gun and fires all of the clip at the Squadcar
He emptied his SMG's magazine again, and manage to escape
Chase him up down the Commerce, LS
End up in Ocean Docks, Los Santos, on foot chase.
A few shooting started again, but he finally got surrounded by backup.
He's in pretty bad shape, got shot in the right leg while running.

Some (seem to be his friend) person, came up and moaning about the suspect's wound, got killed after arresting Tommy Corleone.

Sent him to hospital and finally arrest and jail him for
Weapon Assault, Grand Theft Auto, Stealing oil/gas, Evading, and Possible Murder

20 years jailtime in state prison.

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

- 25 october, From 11:30 Cet to 12:30 CET

Patrol Summary:
- Today we did a full training on Cadet Miracle_Alterlis we covered all training sections from General RP to Crime Investigation and Arresting suspects.
He did well on All of the sections, We actually went to Clucking bell to RP a Restaurant and he did very well on that one.
Shooting part also went well very good, Student was able to shoot tires down with a deagle on high speed.
Investigation and intergotiation also went very well, Asked him questions like: What you gonna do when you found drugs.
All of the questions were answered good,
On the codes section the student knew most of the Knows codes like 10-4 10-20 10-76, But unused codes like 10-84 10-22, 314 415 and 487 he didnt knew.
Rest went very well.

Training areas covered: (Eliminate as necessary)
- General RP, Police communication and codes, SAPD Laws and General Behaviour, Driving, Shooting, Crime Investigation and Arresting suspects.

Notes/ Suggestions:
- Overal result: 9 out of 10, Training was completed 100% and cadet is ready for his Final exam, He only need to practise on the unused codes.
