This started out as a general request for assistance from a very small number of Officers and Cadets regarding a kidnapping, world crashed and kidnapping stopped, however it seems the LSPD had left for San Fierro with other intentions...

Well in excess of half the server was police!!

LSPD came with the intention of giving backup at the kidnapping situation. But since the kidnap stopped, and didn't start again. There was nothing to do. So instead a picture was taken. The picture signals teamwork between cops, and after a few minutes, the cops were back on duty, patrolling in LS.

The whole kidnapping started in Los Santos, 3 officers were involved. Officer MrMe, Officer Vito and Officer Carhartt. Both partners were killed by a crossfire of the kidnappers i survived and shot one of them. I followed the car and tried to settle the hostage free but it was pointless because the kidnappers were heavy armed. I went back to the LSPD as fast as possible and contacted my chief Luca_Scalise. I informed him and he decided to build up a special team contained 4 LSPD squad cars. We were heading to SF, our mission: Rescue the hostage and arresting all involved kidnappers. On our way a lot of police officers were following. (Then the server restarted and we started again from the LSPD but the kidnappers didn't want to set up a new hostage situation.) So we were just making a picture of the day. It was a great unofficial "training" for everybody who took part i think.

i found it strange that cb didnt mention that lvpd came as well lol it was a joint effet from all pds and we certenly gave montana ahh nasty surpise

yea i remember this day  , when MrMe was kidnapped by Tony Montana and 3 other ppl then me and Carhartt were killed by Montanas ( I was Vito at this time ) me and Carhartt went to PD and informed Chief Luca who made the squad's and we went to Montana's hotel :

You and the other cop died  I killed one kidnapper.
