Is there any possible way I can get the forum warning removed since it was all a misunderstanding?

In my honest opinion, I believe this should've been saved for PM, and not posted out in public.  As for getting it removed, I believe you can, as personally I didn't see how what you said was really provoking, although it did sound like it was going to get there if you went along with it.  Good luck with getting it removed though.
