Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department:
well first i wont to do this, then when i get a laptop ill apply to be a fbi agent, then in the future i wonna be a swat.

Are you applying just so that you can apply for FBI? FBI and SAPD are (in this server) 2 seperate agencies. To apply for FBI, go to their website.

If you want to become SWAT, you'll need to be in SAPD. FBI can't become SWAT.
