dropping the jurristictional lines
« on: December 17, 2007, 19:55:23 pm »
often criminals leave LS to find refuge in Flint county or San Fierro, the problem is that LSPD (witch counts the most cops while other departments are criticly undermanned) is not allouwed to cross the LS border to pursuit the suspects, unless they ask permission to leave the LS district but sometimes permission granting comes to late or doesnt come at all.

my idea is to drom the juristictional lines so cops can go over the borders without having to ask permission, or at least give 1 police departement the juristiction of 2 areas.

this should make the capture of suspect alot easier and will prevent them from escaping  :cop:

I do not like the idea. If a suspect leaves Los Santos use your radio and alert the DPD and the SFPD. It would not make a sense to combine the departments. Then you could just call all departments the ARPD, and there wouldn't be a department for each city.

This will only work if the departments have officers present, while I am on leave I suspect SF is rather empty..

The corss bordar only needs to be allowed until the other deparrments get up to strength.

You might notice I have already brought this issue up in an other topic

Ferry crossing was fine, and I am glad to hear that SF has some cover.

Might try SAMP in day or two but wont be at same level, and I do hope the jurisdiction issue is at least temporailry resolved..
