Well, my photoshop got deleted and I really need a logo that says Vice City Detectives on it, it has to be well done. I will realy appreciate it. Contact me before making

If you can't use PhotoShop, you could always try The GIMP. It's an Open Source, free version of the same thing. Only issue is that it is hard to find now because the company got bought out, changed the name, and started charging for it. I *might* still have the installer of the last latest version if you want it since it's free to share.

Another one I use is Paint.NET   
It works great with some effects like photoshop.
