This is not roleplay; I would consider this abusing cop commands to gain money, and also gain unfair advantage (by jailing friend for 15 second, you give unfair advantage to him). Ban them.

It is actually considered script abuse to do that for your friends according to CBFasi, so yes, they should be copbanned.

I have a solution. Make it so that confiscated drugs are unsellable/unable to give to others except to higher police ranks, or a specific rank and above. The drugs currently confiscated could be put in the inventory under "Collected Evidence". This would eliminate this script abuse, make corruption harder to RP like it is in real life, and prevents the issue where an off-duty cop with confiscated drugs is jailed because they have no proof that the drugs were confiscated. This "Collected Evidence" section could even eventually lead to other future RP-related scripts/items.

I reported Cofi for it, had proof and I sent it to the admin right then and there. He said a verbal warning was all that was needed.....
I copbanned him however...
