  Everything isn't the same really. You get a lot of freedom as a freecop. You can even be a corrupt cop, without worry of demotion. But you also lose a little respect for abandoning DPD rather than making any attempt to improve and support it.

In ARPD you get formal training, you get SMG, you get a family of cops behind you, you make a name for yourself, you advance in rank and help improve, you belong to a department were you can provide better for everyone else, you get to work side by side with people who know what they're doing, you get recognition for things you do right, you get to make a difference in the policing world, you get to have a higher amount of respect for yourself by people who look up to higher ranking Officers, you get to take control of a situation, you get to organize trainings and operations, you get to be in SWAT, and most of all you have somewhere to belong to.

As a freecop you get to be corrupt, and miss out on role play because people's distrust in you.

uh....I need to think before i speak/take action. I'm tearing this up, and re-applying to the SAPD. I've now had time to think this over(I should have done this before>.<) and figured out this was a dumbf**k idea. I'll be re-applying.
