Dodgy detention entries

Name of detainee: MR R SOLE
Offence: S5 POA; Obscene language causing distress to two constables and 3 pensioners at the Bullring
Cause for detention: Own safety, could get jawed if he pissed the wrong person off.

Arresting officer: 6***2 *Removed*, M
