As you read this, i will already be in the air, flying back to the Peoples Republic of China. Some of you know me as Safety Moose, Others by Alex. What you dont know me as was a Chinese spy. My mission was to infiltrate your government and your law enforcment agencies to find a weakness in your country. I was very suprised by the lack of organisation and respect your capatalist society is based upon. It disgusted me really and im glad to be making my way back to the PRC.

With the information gathered we are now able to start an offensive, the Peoples Liberation Army will be on your doorstep, we will be fighting to bring your capatalist ways to an end. I invite all Chinese that may read this to fight for your nation. The PLA needs soldiers like you. In one week the PLA will be in international waters off the coast of Los Santos, we will offer shelter to enyone wishing to bring down the capatalist scum that is the Argonath Government.


I would like to thank the ARPD for making it so easy to get into the system, i mearly stepped off a plane and was let into your government system. If you were not so stupid and had done a background check, this all may have been avoided.

Eny CPA members still around that want to help with our cause, meet the boat with everyone else.

A new age is dawning, you all think that it can avoided but 8 months of planning has gone into this offensive, the information i provided will not help you, our forces are to strong. Once we deport our followers back to the PRC, we will have more support and the training of our Militia will begin. If you have eny sense i suggest you start planning to a peacefull government re-organization and form the Communist Party of Argonath as your government.
