General Problem im having with cops...not all...some

                    Alright i don't want this to be taken as moan since 80-90% of cops yell cop hunt. I'm having problems with Cops grouping up and They attack a civilian ...with lethal force....So the civilian runs so they don't die....and I have seen times they call 911. Well the cops end up /su for False 911 calls or they /su for evading.....the cops also never us /s3 when they use lethal force AND they will gun down unarmed false suspects while the suspect is standing still. I'm honestly getting tired of this 'reverse dm' i suppose. It is ruining my role play ooc since its not even Corrupt Cop role play. I know a few that i role play with and against and it is fun a lot of fun. So abusing the /su script such as stated above etc is not fun at all. I never had this problem like 2-3 months ago, besides the good cop role play good and corrupt. But this is extremely irritating. Then if i were to turn and gun the cops down, they instantly say "Stop cop hunting". If there is a way i can start reporting these people without causing a huge uproar i would like to be informed on how to do so. As i said, corrupt cop role play is a lot of fun, but not when i get /su false 911 and gunned down before i can type /l can i see a sergeant+...(while /gu in most cases). Also if i dont go to them and get jailed from the upstairs in LSPD they immediately try to get me in trouble for not following orders while /gu. Although i have to say Sgt. Jonny does a real good job clearing it up on Admin and Sgt perspective. So Post here or PM me a way to report these people. Frankly i find that as cop script abuse...and well...Death matching is...Death matching from most perspectives. Also i want to mention, i don't wanna say names on this topic for reasons which you all should know. I don't want to cause a huge problem. I have a fairly clean record...only like 2 temp bans when i was somewhat new(both 15 mins i think). I would not create a false report and ruin my record....this community is my Online family and i respect like all of you. Thank you, for reading this.


Edit: Also i dont want you guys to see this as a offensive attack. I just know this irritates me and im a regular. I can't imagine how someone new would feel if they got abused in such a way without any role play to the corruption  .

i agree with this but this is a 2 person problem the criminals need to rp as well if they expect the cops to rp if you are just going to run around my car when i am rping calling back up witch some criminals have done how is that rp if you being fired at running at cops you know what i mean? i don't bunny hop unless the criminal starts first

Here is the one thing that pisses me off I go and someone shoots at me with combat. I get my deagle out and I have about 50% health he has about 5% then after he loses so much health he trys to bunny hop away. THAT'S why im not paroling with M4. So cops and criminals have problems.

Yes but that is not what i mean. Like when your going after a armed criminal, its good you don't /s3 or something especially if their crime is murder. You know they are going to attack you. So i know what you mean as far as that. Thats also why i don't patrol with anything heavier then SMG. Although with lag circumstances (Which is being fixed, greatly) i have to give cops credit because they do one hell of a job with a deagle.

I do /s2 2ce then i do /s3 Once, If the man is standign still I type out " Surrender Now (/gu)" then I use pepper spray. But not warnign a criminal is against the rules.

The point of this topic was to just figure out an appropriate way to Report the Death matching and script abusing Cops. i have found quite a few and didn't know whether to put it in the Report area or to just PM a high rank with screenshots. Also note that Death matching is against server rules and my screen shots won't be IC. Oh good Jimmy with that philosophy i will start reporting for not using /s2, /s3 .Thanks for the answer.

Yes well If they directly shoot at you and you are under fire you don't have to wast time with /s2 /s2 /s2 /s3 Just do /s3 and kill.

That's actually quite ironic because I recall reporting you for something like that.

I agree with the OP, but you have to realise that there are criminals that pretty much shoot cops on sight. They stand still, hell, some even do /hail2, and while you're trying to roleplay with them they whip out a combat shotgun and blast you to smithereens.
To be honest I'm quite weary around suspects I don't have any experience with, so unless they actually give up via /gu I won't lower my gun.

I can say from experience that the best way to actually get criminals to surrender is by coming up with your own messages. For example, during a shootout you do /me tightly leans against his police cruiser. /s Give it up, you still have a chance to surrender! You can start all over again!
Rather than the bland /m1 PULLOVER THIS IS LAW MAN style, come up with something elaborate (works best if someone else is driving).

Technically, not warning a criminal is against SAPD procedure and not the actual server rules. If a criminal's being perfectly annoying and blatantly refusing to roleplay to get on my nerves, I will pull a gun on him. After all, being mentally retarded is against the law where I live.

Report them the standard way, but in addition to that, please PM me with the report *and* proof. For a long time I have been collecting information like this in order to help stop it. Anything you can provide is much appreciated. This goes for everyone.

Well, to me it seemed like another person making a topic for no freaking reason JUST to moan... So no it wasn't what I thought about the idea, I FULLY agree with him, although only making a topic about it isn't going to change a thing! Dutchy, you need to calm down. All officers are to tell suspects to Surrender before firing weapon unless their lives are in direct danger.

Perhaps he doesn't *WANT* to report cops? He wants to deal with the problem, not just report every single offense.

I NEVER surrender to cops that do "/s2 /s2 /s3 /s Surrender Now ((/gu))." Absolutely NEVER. The only cops I surrender to are ones who can actually roleplay (Jcstodds [Who sadly doesn't chase suspects], Smey, SugarD, Jay, Vince... People who actually bother to be creative).

I've also seen a single cop run up to a group of criminals (who aren't doing anything criminal at that moment) and randomly shoot at them, ending up getting obliterated by 5 machine gunners. He of course reduties and runs back to the area, getting killed again... There really needs to be a rule forbidding cops returning to a crime scene.
