Car was empty and is state property, not "ownable" by people. Freecop was willing to kill 2 officers by shooting at their vehicle and exploding it. Make your own minds up.

wake, it's not carjacking if it is empty. and it is STATE property. You don't own PD cars and the moment you get out to do whatever, it's no longer yours.

That asides, you tried to kill 2 officers and you want to join the arpd? People get copbanned for shooting at fellow officers.

Evading someone that's shooting at me, for sure, who wouldn't?

Whether or not i "carjacked" you or took your car isn't the dispute here. You shot at a car carrying two fellow officers endangering their lives. For that reason alone I highly disrecommend this person from joining the arpd.

Summary;

Freecop W. Callison and I set out together from Los santos police department, we made our way over to San fierro to train some traffic stop situations, some pursuing and shooting - which we also covered later on in bone county, we then finished off with a patrol.

Driving; 8/10
Normal Pursuit; 7.5/10
Shooting; 7/10
Patrolling; 8.5/10
Codes; 9/10

Conclusion;

The applicant is has much more knowledge than his rank but he should try to work on shooting, covering himself more often and using a variety of methods for pursuing.

This applicant has a great potential to become cadet and further on as officer, he'll need a bit more training to polish some things and absorb skill, and he'll be definitely ready.
