Its pretty obvious that no one likes this idea except 2-3 people at most.

I'll use the 9mm when criminals drop the combat shotgun.

I used to think running around in circles with dual weapons was lame...

It is. I usually only use a running weapon if; I'm heavily outnumbered, target is about to die and it's more convenient to give him a quick spray, or if the target is extremely laggy (400+).
