Let me remind you that you, yourself, have used abbreviations and half-ass English to suspect someone quickly when they are fleeing or attacking you, only to correct it later when you have a free moment to do so. We all do it. It's not JUST about how well someone speaks English.

Maybe they are trying to? Obviously if they aren't typing the crimes in their own language, they are doing the best that they can. Have you ever tried to learn another language? It's not easy. Keep in mind, too, that English is one of the more difficult ones, especially when it's not your first language.

Yes, I've tried learn four language at once, Spanish, Lithuanian, Norwegian and English. And I still doing so!
