Add new modern ranks

Well at title says.. what add new ranks, I choiced those from orginal Los Angeles PD ranks..

Assistant Chief

Deputy Chief

Commander

Captain III

Captain II

Captain I

Lieutenant II

Lieutenant I

Sergeant II

Senior Lead Officer

Police Officer III+1

Police Officer III

Police Officer II

As much as these ranks look cool and fancy, they are not needed and they'd just cause a mess in the PD's structure if implemented, in my opinion. The current rank hierarchy is fine.

If something works, don't try fixing it - just let it be. In the process of "fixing" where it isn't required, it may mess up from its previous peaceful state.

Its an awesome idea but even for the size of SAPD, it isnt really a good idea to have all those ranks. Honestly, if you were to change the ranks around, i would just add a detectives rank aftee officer or senior officer because it actually makes sense.

Detectives can go UC IRL right?
If so, we already have a UC system, and do not need another rank

I never said to add it. Im saying if you were to add another one, that would make the most sense :P

The Detective rank in VCPD only applies to VC:MP VCPD. It is part of an organization that replaces FBI in the VC:MP server.

And in SA:MP we already have UC Police officers.

If we get this it would be the same ranks without Commander, Assistant chief. Those are the only ranks that is added. Others will be the same with added 1,2 or 3, so it is wasted time.

Commander is essentially the same rank as Chief, and Assistant Chief is the same as Deputy Chief. The only difference is that the system stated above is used in large, multi-precinct departments, like NYPD for example.

The LAPD have less Ranks than the NYPD, probably because it has around 25,000 less personnel.
The SAPD doesn't really have enough members to assign to the ranks of Commander, Assistant Chief etc.
