Look Ben, leave this, SAPD don't have any kind of respect for FBI and it's work. Then they want cooperation. Well ... Anyways, you were probably there at the last meeting so you know what was decided.

And if we chased a carjacker, he was probably a notorious criminal or someone in a gang. Now, let us do our work. And by the way, if a FBI agent don't have his FBI skin, he might be doing something that is called UNDERCOVER WORK! You still want to pull us over ? Okay but live with the consequences.

Anyways, let me give you a big feedback from the meeting FBI recently had :
-Many officers of SAPD disrespect FBI and insult them in public. Therefore, all cooperation about kidnapping is suspended until further notice.

Have a very nice day

Not agree! I gusese you were thinking of SOME cops of SAPD, and not 'the SAPD'.

Look man: here is my point of view:
They complain (they = public) of the hole policework... And you know why? We were separeted groups (SAPD-SWAT-FBI). And why?? Hell no idea! But I know why thing if we COOPERATE (every 'group') and stand as 1, we can do make it! Look, we were still ARPD? right? Well, stop fighting eachother, and work toghetter! (even for 207!).
I talked to a great cop today, and it seems I'm not the only one who thinks that way... so pls! Do fight, fight the criminals togetter!.

I know there were issues with FBI and SWAT, but yea, that's live right? I hope the persons who did it (read: causes of the trouble) can shake the hand of their PARTNERS, and work togetter! I don't need to mention by name, because they'll know who I mean.

Just had a discussion with the FBI, and all I will say is they have some good observations on what appears to be the case.

There are many areas that require improvement, and unfortunately most are within SAPD itself, and yes I will be trying to help address this problems so that the different Law Enforcement Branches can work better together.

Its going to take time but it will be worked on.

Toven, when someone says it's going to take time, usualy it don't mean it will be short unfortunately...

FBI analyse alot what is going around, we check alot, must I say almost everything, concerning all SAPD branch, FBI included, SWAT too.

The problem is not the SWAT, the problem came from some SAPD officers who had bad influence on a big part of the SAPD. Actualy, CB know of who I'm talking about because we had a few names coming out during the meeting. We know we can trust CB and this is why we were happy to discuss the situation with him. We hope it will help to improve alot the relationship between SAPD and FBI

That actually is a good idea, the "Camera man" in the Aerial Unit could have Fraps and the SA Cam Hack, and just record the chase as it progresses.
