He wants to be a cadet, he wants to improve the activity.....nothing wrong with it. Scope of improvement will always exist for each individual as well as the department.
Imo should be given a chance.

At least he speaks English  ;)

Klaus is playing in the server every day. Everytime I join the server, I see him. It's not him inactive, it's you and it may be cause you two are from different timezones.

Server hasn't being having as bad downtime as it might have been observed in the past.

I often drop in when there are smaller player numbers to pick up activity. ;)

I am not inactive, i am just looking for opportunity, i always check VCMP, but there usually isnt anyone on or server is down.

Conclusion: Had one nice roleplay during a traffic stop, i was about to do a roleplay detain on one guy for driving without license (Roleplay), however, some rulebreaker and hacker started car killing us and ruined it.
Then we had multiple suspects and took them down with Air Unit's support.

The guy kept calling me noob, since he has failed to comply and got suspected, he simply got out with hacked Stubby ( he spawned at Downtown, and downtown ammu has no Stubby , i was watching him) and dmed me while i was trying to rp, then he started calling me NOOB NOOB NOOB IDIOT , ask others who were in server.
