Nah,look,i was RPing that i got mad cause he came in Neal sister's house killed Nylon.Instead of inspecting this,he just thrown his shotgun on me.

This guy.. this guy is an absolute joker. He's one freecop that stands out from the rest. He can't really fight that well, lets be honest here, but he does try and most of the times shows good enthusiasm (If you can call it that) to catch the "badguys". His activity is also good, which should be a main factor here. I will say, even though this guy is a laugh, he can be a real soreloser sometimes and will rage after my 120th takedown. All-in-all, should be taken in as cadet

I do not really have opinion about him..
He has huge interest in criminal life ,and when i was one officer in whole server and about nine criminals, he didnt showed interest to help.
Also likes to flame a bit

But over all he is a nice guy, has knowledge of codes and stuff

Now Leet,first of all,you killed nylon + you were wanted so i can shoot you with whatever i want and how i want.

What is this? If someone is wanted you have to ask him to surrender first. And if someone is standing still don't just kill him to earn money, RP a bit, you can invastigate/interrogate etc.

Actually your duty is to use /c sur before killing someone (as the rules say)  .

I'll try to remember that,though I don't see in the rules something like  "Always use /c sur".Wrong site?

Not much has changed for this guy. He still rages after continuously dying, though you can't knock him for his determination. Even after several deaths he doesn't give up the chase, and ARPD need more determined cops like that. He sure does still defiantly require on-field training, but I do believe this guy should be given a chance as cadet.

We are not actually accepting people with good/quality shooting skills (and the ones who are not giving up  ), i'd say. The most important is his personality, he needs to be familiarised with rules, both VCPD and server itself, RP abilities... then after all this shooting comes.
