I think when the person involved spots this, it will be explained in a matter of seconds, i'll not be writing an account to protect the identity of the command staff.

P.S:- It was after the operation, and I was fired upon and returned fire. But even then; it was in jest and nobody was affected.  ;)

Dear diary... woops - wrong dialog, entering week three of the land of no application progress and another patrol, the route was a relatively bland experience but I suppose that's what you can expect from a mid-week log, the highlight - if you can call it that, was the response to a code 30 at Santa Marina beach, all in all about twelve officers on scene including SWAT filled the single suspect with bullet holes. Another success story!

Rare, please put some arguments for this. Cause just this sentence is not even usefull to consider your recommendation to deny or accept.... it's just a sentence.

Everyone read this thread; LINK

If you want to criticize, post constructive criticism. Otherwise, don't post at all. There's no need to turn applications into a flame war.

Command staff members, I would really appreciate it if you take sensitive discussions about applicants to your own boards.

Blimey the lag at where i'm housed currently today was horrendous, I was only able to get an hour in because I literally was desynced with everything. That said, I did mange to deter crime with a simple display of sirens and lights when and where I could, hope to get in a longer detail when back at the flat and regular latency is restored.

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #015
Serve & Protect

Officers: James Hunter
Timings: 12.00pm-2.00pm
Date: 13/02/2012

Account:

Responding with SWAT units Air.Orel, Sushi and a few others, alongside the FBI and a multitude of over SAPD officers - a 207 "blue" was called in at Angelpine. The police force gathered en mass, preparing weapons and armour for themselves under Sergeant Steven Cipone's lead. After a further ten minutes of stagnation and confusion around the small town, Sushi dispatched search teams throughout various directions to clarify what he could about the incident.

As it emerged none of the responding units had any idea what had happened or was indeed going on, and eventually returned to regular patrol routines. Disorganized and disorientated it would appear that the suspected kidnappers slipped the net with ease, as for the regular patrol routine - the normal came of it, speeding tickets and typical arrests for your daily repeat occurring law breakers.

Extremely standardized in what you'd expect from the city on a weekday patrol vector, around this sort of time frame. I experienced traffic violations in the abundance and most of them ended in high-speed pursuits, the normal. I'm one month beyond waiting for any type of response from relevant staff members, and maintaining patrolling here and there to what effect I can, can't say it's a tad tedious, especially when I hear more from rumors then staff themselves.

*Kzzt* "Hmm..." James attempts a different radio frequency, only to meet more radio static. *Kzzzt* "Is this piece of junk working?! SAPD Command, do you read? This is Reinstatement Application James Hunter, making contact, do you copy?!" *Kzzzt*

Just sayin', it's been a while since i've heard from you guys.

Withdrawing my application after over one month of wait time, the SAPD today is a bad joke and completely orientates around cliques, I regret holding out the slightest hope that something could of been done here, with people in positions through laughable achievements and piss poor police work and even abuse being praised and hailed - what we knew as good once is completely gone, and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it with the comedians that are responsible for today. There are a few good officers left, but sadly they won't have an impact, swallowed up by the yawning pit that is todays team death-match server, the way rank is handed out is exactly like snakes and ladders - the snakes climb very well here.
The forums are moderated on par by favoritism and that's definitely the way reports are handled ~ if you know some one and are friends with them high-up? Don't worry about that report you got last monday, misconduct happens 24/7 - so frequently that nobody gives a damn any more, the rules are guidelines, especially when anyone not a part of SAPD need not bother follow them. There are "ranks" but they hold no meaning beyond the ability to throw their weight around as they see fit for personal gain, there's no structure to anything and certainly no coherent plan for the future of this police department.

One day you people might discover what it is to be proud as part of a well oiled team, but this? TDM with some radio codes and swearing.

Why instead of withdrawing your application don't you continue and try to change SAPD? You are the best man to do this. Give it a shot, you never know.

I appreciate the words of encouragement, but the rate this is going it'd be a miracle to be reinstated to the rank of Officer by next month ~ you hear a lot from rumors around here.

It is your choice entirely to resign withdraw, your opinions are yours and I won't remove them, however much they may provoke responses from current SAPD Members. I wish you the best of luck with what you do within Argonath, I'll lock and move this application in 2 hours, to allow anyone to convey their opinions.

With such an attitude toward SAPD, it's better for you to withdraw. How can you work in an organization you are shitting on constantly ?

Bye.
