You are not understanding what you are saying.. For example, a guy works his ass off but then he has a really shitty attitude, he is fired. So then people moan because of his/her work?

I'm not saying any body has a shitty attitude, it's just an example.

For god sake, the work DOES NOT justify the reason of demotion / removal. Think about it yourself in a calm mood, and threatening SAPD by resigning won't work, because no body in SAPD, will feel bad they can't catch suspects or anything.

Also could you tell me why half the promotions are not posted, and there silent. All should know who is promoted to what, and I want to know how Chase gets promoted from Cadet to Lieutenant? Seriously, also maybe you should post the suspensions and demotions...

The ones who did the work were effective, if you see the SAPD Cases & Reports, thats how effective the S.W.A.T team, and they get removed and demoted for no apparent reason. The team was effective and they are gone, also they weren't even told about being removed nor discussed it...

Each case is dealt individually, do not expect everyone to have equal permissions. And, ARPD and SAPD are groups that have a LOT in different

I don't care about your example I want to know why they are removed with a notice, and nothing is posted in Suspension or Demotion.  They should let the PUBLIC whats happening not hiding it behind there backs.

Lol, Jaaska is really doing great improvements, I'm sure he is,  and he's making SAPD and SWAT better and better by promoting the chief of LU "Jenn Kolta" to SAPD Officer, and to SWAT! I never saw Jenn IG! I never saw Jenn doing any police work in SAMP! Resignations were expected. So to make an announcement and then to have make 20 follow-ups because of resignations and people being changed around as a result of the resignations would not be efficient.

Jaaskaa did have a very good purpose for what is happening to you all and what is to come. He has a plan and he will put it to the test. None of you should be "OMG I WAS FIREDDD FOR NO REASON!!! DAFUQ IS DIS SH*T??!?". You all knew what was going to happen to you sooner or later. It was just a matter of time. Those that have been demoted/fired, Jaaskaa is just seeing the week and the strong. Those who removed obviously had no good reason to be in SWAT/SAPD. Those who were demoted, he just wanted to weed out the strong and the weak. For those who resigned, you are now the weak. You are not loyal, you do not stand by your fellow teammates. Those who are strong, and who did not resign; I bid you good luck for now and into the future. Jaaskaa has some very nice things to come along. But before it will get pretty, it will get ugly. Very ugly. This was only a scratch on the surface on what he is going to do/will do. I am disappointed in some of you that you resigned. Such a pity. But some of you that did resign, I'm telling truth, I sure am glad you did so. End word; Expect more to come, he didn't do this for nothing, he did this for the better.

Who said we were going to break server rules ? We just want to keep doing our old-SWAT job as freecop. Take a look at the SAPD Cases & Reports and you can't tell me we were doing a shitty work or we didn't fit this position..

Who said we were going to break server rules ? We just want to keep doing our old-SWAT job as freecop. Take a look at the SAPD Cases & Reports and you can't tell me we were doing a shitty work or we didn't fit this position..

And if you operate as freecop in the same way as SWAT without being called, you might be copbanned.
Admins will be notified to watch such groups closely and not give them any room.
