This is good. It's kinda like selective breeding. The good traits will stay within SAPD with high morale, a willing to police and they will rub off on new applicants and the bad will get the boot(or resign) and the SAPD will be purified.  :app:

Last time I did not agree with decisions, I got kicked out of SWAT. And I been told to stop moaning about it, it's hilarious to see the current SWAT team reacts like this aswell. Not a single bit different than my reaction, I just did not resign yet ;).

SWAT is not anything I realised after my situation. Just deal with it and aim on your work in the SAPD.
