Well its almost 12/12/12 and I think that ARPD-SAPD is starting to come to an end. C'mon I've been Senior Officer for almost 3 years and I never saw none of this bullshit at all. I've been very quiet over the years, reading things off of SAPD forums, and finally I'm going to express my self. If this bothers you, then you can't handle the truth. I think that everybody has a stick up their asses and causing everybody to rage quit and get demoted. Its finally coming to the end where all the good officers are leaving and the all the corrupt cops are taking SAPD over. I knew since 2010-2011 that this was going to happen. I had that feeling for a long time now and finally since we constantly shitting on each other, acting immature, and being ridiculously outrageous SAPD is coming to the end. Unless we finally act like a TEAM again, acting mature, and helping each other out by doing everything you can and not WORRY about RANKS! Thats the problem with SAPD is that people are worried about their RANKS! Its all about their Ranks. But to be honest, lets just have a good time and not worry one bit. Rank = Power. Yes, I know but nobody now will achieve it anymore, and I do believe that our command staff still has a lot of work to overcome and we just need to be patient or sapd will just come to an end.

If you can't read this then don't, but i'm just telling the truth that nobody wants to hear. Good Luck and I bet 10k that SAPD will be going strong again in a week. But just think about what I wrote and that so we will be stronger than never before.

I'm not actually going to bet because According to Chief Paul this is what he said...

Everything will be reviewed.

That means, the officers who were removed will be going through a dirty training process before the ceremony. Those who pass with excellent results towards the SAPD Upper CMD will be going through next rounds and next rounds till they are seen fit for a suitable position. Those who are found having any single mistake with attitude, behaviour or cannot take the way how a real officer works will be kicked in the ass as we do not need any people which disrespect their own career.
Badges will be announced in the ceremony.

Welcome to the new era of SAPD.

Once we get officers back in the line of duty, it is still going to take a month or two getting cadets and officers back in service as stronger and very active as never before. I do agree with Paul that we have to just start all over. I believe that this year of 2012 will be the new hopes and beginnings for everybody and it may be a bad year for some. However, we also need to remember that something else in Argonath is still to come and that is Rs5. Well...here comes Rs5 a new change, beginning, hopes, and dreams. Everything will be changed and if you don't like the word "change" then I'm sorry I guess your going to have to leave. That is how Argonath is and I don't make the rules up as I'm typing this up. Over the years, I've seen good ideas that should be implemented in the SAPD, but they don't happen because we are too stubborn or insubordinant to change and now I believe things will start changing. I would say that new ideas will be added into the SAPD once we get our set base of players going strong and active like never before. I believe that we shall just be patient and wait until the date of SAPD Ceremony to see who gets accepted into this change or denied due to their own personal behavior conditions. Good Luck to those who get promoted back into the SAPD.

Like me, I have made an application for the FBI a while ago, and now left the SAPD to show my interest.

Does that punishment count for me to?

I believe that he just means the people that are leaving because of the lock down issue, but your benefit I wouldn't leave until the lockdown has ended. I think if you made your FBI application right now and left SAPD then they may suspect that you just left SAPD and never want to come back.

I don't see a problem people joining the FBI just as long as we have lawful citizens remain in Argonath, but I don't want to start the controversy of the FBI and SAPD because we all work together in the long run.

I honestly don't see a damn reason why people are complaining over this.

Bring the reforms, renew everything, and start over. By being patient and accepting whatever it is that's going on, and whatever new rank/ position you hold, you can prove others that you've still got what it takes to do your job.

Resigning/ ragequitting just because you lost your damn position or thinks it's unfair, clearly shows the real you.
