ARPD Officer Policy violators: the_garishfour

1. the_garishfour - After I drove past a traffic stop, involving multiple officers I was moments later suspecting for "avade", after not hearing any sign or warning to stop, like /m1 or /m STOP or whatever. I then decided to drive towards LSPD and request an investigation, after finding myself not guilty. The suspecting officer the_garishfour and his partner Certified_Luke followed me inside, telling me they did tell me to stop. After a short while ARPD officer the_garishfour unloaded a clip of combat shotgun into me and I died. While sitting in an investigation room, unarmed, pretty much surrendered. After I died, I contacted Rydell_Downson for aid, thus he can confirm that the particular officer killed me.

I can coniform that Dutchy was killed by that officer with a combat shotgun, I wasn't able to check it further or question the officer because he had already left.

I also have a little bit evidence of that cop working.

I was driving a tractor and i was taking a state car. Then this cop appears on foot, i keep driving then i got suspected.

I've made contact with the_garishfour's partner Certified_Luke, who was present during the situation. I asked him to leave a statement on how he witnessed the event, he said he would do that, so now let's wait.

Yesterday, xcasio told me he last logged on one day before that (so 2 days ago, from now). So at least he's still maintaining minor activity.

I understand, yet we need to hear his statment first. If this will do anything it will increase punishment due to the punishment history. But I can't judge the report based on admin punishment, that's not any evidance..

I don't know the forum name, I've never encountered him before or after the event. It says he last logged on 1st of January.. I also don't think he'll voluntarily make a statement here. It's best to either apply action or drop it, in my opinion.

If I see him, I'll tell him. I've been trying to do this ever since the report started. But if he is so inactive that it becomes almost impossible to contact him directly, I can't do a lot.
