ARPD Officer Policy violators: /su abuse, didnt proceed correctly after /gu

1. Officer Name - Officer PulseEffect and Officer [NP]Max_Adams(Hes applicant of SAPD).

 a. Pictures..Didnt take pics but got chat log.
    Description: I was going in my sultan after 15 or 20 min a cop came on highway and pulled me for speeding . then after chat he given me ticket of 150 $. He said he tried in city, if hes LSPD patrolling cop then in sudden how he become HIghway patrol.
First thing we can unlimited speed on Highway and second if he following me and cant do m1 near so thats not my fault. After he sued me i gued and arrested by other officer PulseEffect, he not taken me to LSPD instead he gone to LVPD far far from scene so i cant return easily then i asked for investigation so he said its wasting of time and jailed me.
So now citizens not have rights to get investigated and can be pulled on highways for speeding.

thing is pullover get money or su and arrest then get money, pretty easy for freecops.

Firstly, the title of the report must be my name, not yours

Secondly, i have directed this person to report me if he feels abused.

So this is my side of the story:

I was patrolling with my bike when i suddenly saw this driver driving recklessly and carelessly in the area of Los Santos, first seen in Pershing Square. I kept following the citizen with my sirens on in attempts to pull over but i couldnt reach him to /m1 since he was going over the speed limit, i had to break the speed limit by 60km/h to catch up with him. He went on the mullholand intersection and i followed him until he suddenly braked and i pulled him over. You're lying in this report. There werent even 5 minutes till i pulled you over? Do you really believe it would take you 15 minutes at such speed to get from Pershing Square > Market > Mullholand intersection? You can drive around the whole map in that time or even less. So stop lying. Anyways, once i pulled this driver over, he kept saying that he did not speed even though he admitted in doing so . He also insisted that i cant pull him over in a highway which is absurd. Once i have ran out of patience i have directed him to report me if he feels abused and ordered him to pay his ticket or get arrested for failure to comply.  All my actions were legitimate as he received multiple warnings before getting suspected. Now, i want to proove some invalid points

First thing we can unlimited speed on Highway and second if he following me and cant do m1 near so thats not my fault.

It is not my fault either. As i said already i have pulled you over for reckless driving not for speeding. You have refused to listen to me and sang the same song over and over again. That is YOUR problem if you refuse to listen for the reasons you've been pulled over for.

And with the m1 thingey - it is your fault. Your speed was so much over the limit that it took me around two minutes to catch up with you. That is a CRIME to break the speed limit. As i said before you have been pulled over for the violations you did in the city area not in the highway, please learn to listen.

The officer did not have to provide you investigation as the crime has been witnessed by myself. The reason was valid and there was no need to investigate . You have failed to complain with legit and direct orders of a police officer to pay your fine, i have warned you about 15 times before i took action. It's entirely your own responsibility..
The departament officer takes you to is entirely his choice. There is no rule or regulation that he must take you to the closest departament. He could have even taken you to SFPD if he felt like it and you wouldnt be able to complain about that.

So now citizens not have rights to get investigated and can be pulled on highways for speeding.

I start driving from Downtown>persuing sqare> Verona beach > stopped at pns > rodeo > Mullhond > Highway. then stopped for pming. this all happened in 5 min wow, even i done pns and then /send id 1 yhen move till you not done /m1 . I taken almost 3 min at pns , the whole way i think taken 10 or 15 min not 5 min if you cant suggest time while driving then dont mension it and point on common sense so i say pls sir dont mention it cause you not have any.
