I was away as I was recently busy growing Stunt's admin team.

So indeed he is going behind my back to other command staff as he cannot ask me myself? This is like going to another Manager / CL for unban because the first one denied you... something that I will not tolerate.

As far as I remember, I did not rescind my previous extension of your denial. Below is the quote from your last application (which has not been touched since, you can even have Moderation logs checked if you wish):

This application has been DENIED.

Reasons:

 - Constant provoking, flaming, and immaturity.
 - Insubordination and failure to comply with superior instructions.
 - Failure to learn despite repeated warnings and punishments.
 - Severely questionable ethics.

In addition to the above, you are hereby banned from making any further applications for the VC:MP VCPD. This is effective immediately, and expires on January 1, 2013 does not expire.

As I did not make any changes to this, any requests on having it lifted that were directed so as to not involve me are considered as evading.

Besides, i have not requested Legend not to involve you. I simply PM'ed him if i can re-apply and he said that i'll be able to do so in the 2013-01-01, so i did.

I had the ban extended indefinitely, given your numerous actions with shitty attitude, including your ban from these forums and your current existing application bans on two other servers. As of now the conditions specified for your unban were that you were not to bypass any boundaries.

So do CLs outrank Managers in all ways, yet the practice of going to them so as to evade certain Managers when asking for an unban is still not acceptable.

I am the person who handled your application ban. If you have any understanding of the word ethics, then you will know the reason for the requirements/

what sort of ethics are we talking about here? It is as simple as that: I wondered if i could re-apply therefor i asked for the highest rank available to grant me the permission to do so, which currently is Legend, since when the Chief is away, the Deputy Cheif becomes the head of the departament, therefor, Marcus is away right now, so Legend was the way to go.
