Now suspects can escape and loose them wanted Lvl... And if they have a Sportcars?? Isnt that a big advantage why always lising to criminal side?? So if we loose Uzi It will be to easy for criminals... Road blocks dont work whitout Uzi the cars are pushed on the side like shit...
Well, we (SATP-CHP) did a practice roadblock yesterday, and we were able to stop a Huntley. Problem is that you see the roadblock from miles away, and you can easily divert your route or turn around.
We had fun though 
you see it when you use radar, thats always a big problem in any big RP case,
lots of criminals will look on radar, and on that way they will see the officers sneaking from behind,
same for roadblocks,
if you dont use radar you wont see it fast, you must respond quickly to avoid it.
the problem with roadblocks is:
-takes long time to get ready
-when no uzi its harder to stop the vehicles...to get the tires down
-its always a guess, you dont know which road the suspect takes
