It is often hard to understand the duties as a Chief of Police until once has served in the position themselves. You are taking responsible steps, as one should, to care for yourself and your future by acknowledging that it is hard to hold a balance of in-game, and real-world successes. What I saw you accomplish over the course of a few months was impressive, and that type of dedication and sharp focus was what the San Andreas Police Department needed at the time, and it is what will continue to be needed into the future.

I didn't really expect to see you resigning at anytime soon. I really thought that we can keep such a chief in the SAPD. I wish you could've stayed much longer.. but as you always say: real life comes first.
Since I joined SAPD, I thought that you are a "tough chief" , but actually you were a great one and I really really enjoyed playing SAMP with you, and other SAPD members.. You've trainted me, shouted on me, but without your help, I wouldn't be at any position I'am currently at. Therefore, I wish you the best of luck with everything you've got in real life, and I hope to see you soon, sooner than 4 months I hope .
