Well how would you define "very busy" though. That's the issue. We could obviously be more lenient when there are less users online, but if a cop decides to enforce it anyway, the user will have to comply.

Yes, I understand what you mean Sugar. That will be a issue. If this suggestion is carried further, we will have to make a rule for the cops that they can only issue this law on certain conditions.
