Respect is something you earn from me. Not something I just give.

That's the big point people says, "You earn it from me".. That's partly bullshit.. Everyone should be respected for individual he or she is, even if someone is retarded, dumb or an f**king asshole they should still be RESPECTED!!!

If you cannot give respect or respect everyone then YOU will not get any respect back.. We are all humans and we are all unique, respect that. NO ONE IS PERFECT!!

Well, I respect everyone. BUT: He can either screw it up or gain even more respect.

Screwing it up would be like DMing me, carkilling me or w/e.
Gaining respect would be showing great skill and trying to learn...

Some Quotes
“Never take a person's dignity: it is worth everything to them, and nothing to you.”
“Treat others as you want them to treat you because what goes around comes around”
“I'm not concerned with your liking or disliking me... All I ask is that you respect me as a human being.”
hope that helps  :gandalf:

I was respecting everyone ... just was hating a bit the freecops but they change to better time by time ... But i started to change my mind .. i was driving from Las Venturas on the road! with my infernus ... then a cop from the other side of the road turned the sirens on started to wreckless drive pulled me over ... suspected for wreckless driving and started to say :
 - /send 19 50 and i unsuspect you!
 - Called a sergeant case resolved payed the fee...
But is this how is these days .. money cops ? He was afraid i would run ? He can always su i don't get the point .. i think he wanted even to jail me + get some profit ... Soo after this case ..changed my mind ... freecops = moneycops.

Well most free cops are not going to know how the server works, and what do you do in all servers? Get money. These people are most likely coming from a server like Cops and Robbers where this is what you do. This is where you PM them and try to help/train these people. Never have my members been so busy teaching other people how to play the game. We are on the side of the road teaching and preaching the rules to new free officers and community members. If someone does not have a license I am their AVDS teacher for that day xD I am teaching them everything they need to know about driving. Then they leave the server and never come back but still at least I did my best. Thats all I can recommend.

I don't know if it was you (I think so. Antoni_Hawk or something?), but there had been a freecop calling for a pickup for almost 15 minutes. No one responded. I was busy with an investigation, and went there after it. He was still waiting, and everybody just ignored him! If Pancher would've standed there, asking for a pickup, he would get 5 cars within 1 minute... I understand the chief gets more respect than the freecops, but they shouldn't be ignored.

If you mean by that that you don't have to pick up freecops, then wtf?!

same as thomas lol, we should patrol or at least give them a ride back to LSPD or where they want

but respect, easy enough:

everyone got my respect in the begin, and then you can screw this up or just increase it

I understand it wrong I think.
I thought he meant he wants us to pickup every freecop that is lost in Bone county or something.

Think of how it goes in real life, dont complain to much, look at your own actions and think of them after youve done them... And never put yourself in front of everyone.
DO NOT THINK you can handle every situation alone. SAPD is about teamwork, if you think you will die, ask for that backup! Even if your a freecop.

And also when your patrolling, when someone is asking for backup for example a code 3, or even a 30 or purple, you should stop all minor situations like stops or speed traps at once...
A life is in danger, go help him!

In my opinion, the response to a normal backup call is TO low!

I, myself, learned being a cop by thinking and doing. Mostly i learned it on my own... By making mistakes and by that learning and learning.

Thanks Car :)
