After Speaking with GiacJr, i feel that his actions were spur the moment and not ment to be a direct insult or agressive action. however his actions are said and done, i would ask the command staff to re-evaluate his demotion got officer, maybe a downgrade to senior officer would be better. but this is strictly  just a suggestion and not any type of offical  word.
